My Penpal I have a pen pal. His name is Li Hua from China. We met online and started writing to each other. I was excited because it was my first time talking to someone from another country. Lihua and I talked about our lives in different ways, and we learned a lot from each other. One of the things that made me happy when I got to know him was that he liked the same kind of books as me. We both love reading, so we could talk about what books we had read before. We also enjoyed discussing different topics, like movies and music. We found out that we both liked the same kind of sports, basketball and soccer. We talked about how we played and who we thought was the better player in our favorite teams. Another thing that made us close was that we both loved animals. We shared our stories about pets we had or wanted to have. I told him about my puppy and his cute antics.
